Our small firm means that you get the attention you deserve when you need it most. Our personal attention to each of our clients is what sets us apart from other larger firms. However, you will find that our experience working as Probation/Parole Officer for the State of North Carolina and as Assistant District Attorney for Onslow and Jones Counties will give you the confidence you need to face any charge you might be faced with.

We are conveniently located downtown Jacksonville, near the Superior Court at 323 New Bridge Street Jacksonville, NC 28540.

Parking is available if you are required to come to Court. In many cases I can eliminate the need for you to be present.

I offer flexible appointment schedules to work with you to find a time that we can meet within reason.

I accept payment plans however minor traffic tickets that pay in full up front will be given a discount.

I ask you to give me an opportunity to represent you. I have experience and dedication. Although I am not going to be the cheapest attorney in town, I am committed to providing individualized service to your case, to communicate with you in a timely manner and to work to get the best result that I can for you.

Meet Christian Smith

As a lifetime resident of North Carolina, Christian is proud to serve as a criminal defense lawyer in his home state. With over 20 years of military service and a combat veteran he continues to fight for the rights of people right here in Eastern North Carolina.

Christian also spent time as a Probation/Parole Officer for the State of North Carolina, as well as the Assistant District Attorney, Onslow and Jones Counties. He was recently an Associate Attorney with an Onslow County firm when he decided to begin his own firm.

Christian has represented clients on everything from minor traffic tickets (minimizing or eliminating the impact on both their driving record and insurance) to serious violent felonies.

Christian gives back to the community by sponsoring many local charities and supporting local business.
